Step 1: You will receive an Access Code from Strong Golfer.
Step 2: Complete the Information Form in the Fitness Clubhouse so that Strong Golfer understands how to personalize your program specifically for you!
Step 3: Simply download the TrainHeroic app for iOS or Android, open it up, and enter your Access Code when prompted. This will automatically add you to the right team and sync your coach’s programming to your calendar.

TrainHeroic’s platform allows Strong Golfer to act as your mobile coach. The programming of the app allows exercises to be linked with videos, and coaches tips to walk you through how to perform the exercise.
