Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and components with receipt of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team by using our contact form and place “return” in the subject line within the 30-day return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

  • Ship the package to the provided return address. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.

  • Items that have been customized, personalized, or modified.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
